You need to fill in the following form correctly for membership application.

Fields marked with * are required to be filled out.

* Field of arts/crafts

If you specialize in a second artistic branch, separate forms should be filled for each artistic branch

* Starting date for the artistic branch

* Are there any master(s) that you have studied or worked with?

* Are there any apprentices or students that have trained with you?

* Do you have a workshop of your own?

You may write your home address if you are using your house as your workshop

Are there any events that you participated in in Türkiye or overseas? (Exhibitions, festivals, competitions, congresses, symposiums, seminars, conferences, biennales, courses, educational activities etc.)
