Born in the Ahlat district of Bitlis in 1964, Nacaroğlu began woodcarving at the age of 14-15 as an apprentice to his older brother Ayvaz Nacaroğlu. Working at the Karabağlar Municipality, Nacaroğlu gives trainings at Mobilya Akademi affiliated with the municipality.
