Ahmet Nejat Birdevrim was born in 1957 in İstanbul. He graduated from State Applied Fine Arts Academy Vocational School. He started to work on his artworks in his own workshop in 1985. He made researches on electrical cabin type ceramic ovens and applied what he found. He started to work as an instructor at İstanbul University Technical Sciences Vocational School Tile Processing and Glass Ceramic Programs. Since 1993, he works as an instructor İstanbul University Technical Sciences Vocational School Ceramic Glass and Tiles Department. The artist who attended many exhibitions makes and exhibits the workshop that contains his own works called Art Gallery and Workshop.
