Uğur Olgaç was born in Istanbul in 1953. He is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts Department of Industrial Design. Olgaç attended training courses at hand decoration workshops in America and Europe. He held exhibitions mainly abroad. Olgaç continues giving classes at Elma Art Workshop.
