Born in 1980 in Kütahya, Çeliker graduated from Kütahya Vocational High School, Department of Tile Design. Çeliker has done tile designs since a young age, and has been devoted to this art for the past 27 years. She worked for 24 years with Mehmet Koçer of Altın Çini ve Seramik, and two years with Mehmet Gürsoy of Iznik Çini Atölyesi. Çeliker, who received a certificate of mastership and master instructor from Kütahya Vocational Training Centre in 2022, was awarded the title of Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearer by the Evaluation Board of Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearers of Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2024. Çeliker, a member of Kütahya City Council Tile - Ceramic and Handicrafts Working Group, has been working as a master instructor at Kütahya Olgunlaşma Enstitüsü since 2023.
