 Ayşe Ozar was born in Istanbul in 1969. She started received illumination training from Süreyya Alper, Jale Yavuz, Emel Duan and Nazan Berbercioğlu at Istanbul University Classical Turkish Decorative Arts Workshop in 2010. Ozar, who participated in various exhibitions in Istanbul in 2015, took part in the book titled “The Mother” (Anne) which contained examples of illumination and miniature arts. She took marbling classes from Hülya Demirel Kayaoğlu and Fuat Başar in 2008. Ozar continues her studies and serves as the assistant of the Illumination Artist Süreyya Alper at Mimsanat Academy.
