Aliye Öten was born in Kütahya in 1981. She studied at Marmara University Faculty of Theology and completed her master's degree and doctorate at the same university. Öten, who took classes from Ayten Tak, studied at Bağlarbaşı Turkish-Islamic Arts Specialization Center for four years on miniature art. Works of Öten, who won the prize of exhibition from “Masters of the Future 2014” competition, were exhibited in the exhibitions of İSMEK (Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Arts and Vocational Training Courses) in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017.
