Arzu Özbekler was born in Istanbul in 1972. She is a graduate of Anadolu University Public Relations Department. Özbekler started receiving miniature training from Berrin Çakın Güç in 2009, and completed her training at İSMEK Bağlarbaşı Specialization Center in 2012. She took basic art classes from Savaş Çevik between 2010 – 2011. Özbekler, who participated in various exhibitions organized by İSMEK, produced works for the book project named “The Face of Istanbul” organized by the Classical Turkish Arts Foundation. She has been working as a miniature instructor since 2012.
