Aylin Özkan was born in Istanbul in 1966. She started taking khatt classes at BUSMEK in 2007, and took classes from Arife Aktuğ in 2008. She started her miniature training with İpek Özsoy in 2012, and has been continuing with Berrin Çakin Güç at Taner Alakuş Workshop since 2013. Özkan participated in various group exhibitions. She won exhibition prize in the Masters of the Future Competition in 2016.
