Fatma Figen Çelebioğlu was born in Istanbul in 1955. She is a graduate of METU Chemistry Department. Çelebioğlu, who took miniature classes from Taner Alakuş, participated in various group exhibitions both at home and abroad. She received the first prize in Masters of the Future 2013 Competition and honourable mention in the competition which was organized by İSMEK in 2016. Çelebioğlu continues her works at Taner Alakuş Miniature Workshop.
