 Born in Izmir in 1996, Yabalı graduated from Ege University Aliağa Vocational School Metallurgy Programme. Yabalı, who learnt pottery from his father Nazım Yabalı, and glazing and alternative firing techniques from Ahmet Taşhomcu, continues his pottery profession as the third generation in his family’s ceramic business. Yabalı took part in domestic and international events, and was registered by Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism General Directorate of Research and Education with the title of Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearer.
