Living in Kütahya for forty-three years, Ilgün makes rag dolls of prominent figures from various provinces and in traditional clothing. Ilgün, whose rag dolls are in various collections, worked as an instructor in a rag doll course opened in cooperation with Kütahya Public Education Center and Kütahya Municipality, and participated in the social responsibility project of Kütahya Governorship and Kütahya Culture and Art Association (KÜSAD) with four rag dolls in Aizonai Roman clothing. Ilgün gave rag doll making lessons to foreign students at Kütahya Dumlupınar University TÖMER in 2023, and she gives online and in person training.
