Born in Bursa in 1980, Konuk graduated from Bursa Uludağ University, Milk and Dairy Products Technology Programme of Vocational School of Technical Sciences in 2000. Konuk, who improved her artistic skills by attending the public education centre and courses of the municipality in Bursa, has been participating in group exhibitions and opening solo exhibitions in Bursa and Manisa since 2013. Konuk received her master instructor certificate from Manisa Apprenticeship Training Centre in 2020. She has been working as a master instructor at the courses held at Manisa Akhisar and Yunusemre municipalities and Yunusemre Public Education Centre since 2013. Konuk, who was awarded the title of Intangible Cultural Heritage Bearer in the field of string art by the General Directorate of Research and Education of Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2023, is married and has three children.
