Emine Uğurlu was born in 1970 in Konya. She continues her education at Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Theology Associate Degree Program. She started her marbling training in 2006 and continued with Yasemin Acarkara, Sema Balkaya and Fuat Başar. Uğurlu, who also opened marbling courses for adults and children, gave marbling classes for doctor candidates for five years at Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine. Uğurlu’s works were exhibited in various group exhibitions and she opened five personal exhibitions. She continues her works at Üsküdar Children's University and her own workshop named “Kırkambar Art Workshop”. Among the students the artist trained are Zeynep Sueda Başmara, Elif Zeyveli, Melike Ünlü, Gülnihal Aksakal, Evra Ercani, Furkan Ugurlu and Mohanned Algrafi.
