Sabiha Bayhan Koç, born in 1950, is a graduate of Istanbul State Fine Arts Academy High Decorative Arts Department. She has been receiving illumination and miniature training at Cahide Keskiner Workshop since 1988. Koç, who won many awards, worked as an illumination instructor at various institutions.
