Şinasi Süleymanoğlu was born in Kumanova/Macedonia in 1977. She completed her hafiz education (memorizing the entire Qur’an) at Benefactors’ (Hayırseverler) Qur’an Course in Bayrampaşa/Istanbul, connected to the Directorate of Religious Affairs, and graduated from Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Theology Associate Degree Program afterwards. Süleymanoğlu started taking khatt classes from Abdülhadi Erol Dönmez at the Turkish-Islamic Arts Library in 2005, and received her thuluth-naksh license from Hüseyin Kutlu and Erol Dönmez in 2012. She has been attending Hüseyin Kutlu’s specialization classes at Mihrabat Culture-Art Garden since 2014.
