Dildar Üçbudak was born in 1968 in Sivas. She specialized in traditional Turkish handicrafts and earned the titles of Card-Weaving Artist and Master Instructor in Handicraft Technologies from the Ministry of Culture and Tourism. She received her training in Card Weaving and Needle Kilim Weaving from Sevgi Yüksel Uzunöz, a lecturer at Uludağ University. Üçbudak conducts educational activities within the Bursa Provincial Directorate of Culture, Public Education Centers, and various cultural institutions to promote traditional crafts and ensure their transmission to future generations. She continues to take part in workshops and events, including the Culture Route and Living Heritage Festivals.
