Seyhan was born in 1975 in the Pasinler district of Erzurum. In 2001, he graduated from Atatürk University, Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Traditional Turkish Handicrafts. In 2015, he did his master’s in the Department of Traditional Turkish Handicrafts at Gazi University, Institute of Educational Sciences, and in 2017, he completed pedagogical formation training at Adnan Menderes University, Faculty of Education. Seyhan conducted workshops in Ümraniye, Istanbul in 2001-2002 and successfully completed the marbling art course given by the Erzurum Directorate of Culture and Tourism in the 2007-2008 academic year. He gave training in various art workshops and trained many illumination, miniature and marbling students. Seyhan, who has many artworks of illumination, miniature and marbling in personal collections both in Türkiye and abroad, has participated in exhibitions in different cities, and continues to work at the Seyhan Art Workshop in Aydın Efeler.
