Amine Kutluay was born in 1984 in Istanbul. She began studying the art of ebru in 2006 at Fatih ISMEK under Meryem Beğen and later continued her training with Tuba Karakaş. In 2013, she held solo exhibitions in various cities and universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, and she has taught voluntary ebru classes in associations and foundations, contributing to social responsibility projects. Kutluay continues her artistic work in private studios and is married with four children.
