Birol Biçer was born in Istanbul in 1969. He is a graduate of Istanbul University Faculty of Law. Biçer took marbling classes from Aydın Gülan, and gave

Classes at İSMEK between 2000-2005. He held personal and group exhibitions in Miami, Geneva, Köln and Istanbul. Biçer follows Ethem Efendi, Necmeddin Okyay and Mustafa Düzgünman schools in his art.
