İpek Arzu Güray was born in 1967 in Ordu, Turkey. She graduated from the Department of Statistics at Mimar Sinan University, Faculty of Science and Letters, in 1990. Since 2016, she has been receiving training in traditional felt-making from master instructor Serpil Al at the Sarıyer Municipality’s Culture Department. In 2024, she received both her master craftsman certificate and instructor certification from the Sarıyer Atatürk Vocational Training Center. She has participated in various group exhibitions organized primarily by the Sarıyer Municipality and other institutions. Continuing to produce works using traditional felt techniques, she also conducts workshops from time to time.
