Born in Kütahya in 1977, Bozbay went to Anatolian Fine Arts High School Painting Department, and graduated from Kütahya Dumlupınar University Ceramics Department. She participated in European Union projects, opened many exhibitions in Türkiye, gave trainings and seminars at universities, and trained many students and trainees. Since 1995, Bozbay, who has been practicing the art of ceramic scratching (sgrafitto) - kâşî shaving, has been training artists in her workshop in Kütahya Kültür ve Sanat Evi (Kütahya Culture and Art House). Bozbay, who works at the Municipality of Kütahya, carries out training activities in the field of UNESCO crafts and folk arts under the Directorate of Studies and Projects.
