Born in 1983 in the Kınık district of Izmir, Özdemir graduated from Eskişehir Anadolu University, Department of Cultural Heritage and Tourism in 2021. Özdemir attended the tile and ceramic courses of Bergama Municipality and Vocational Training Centre Programme in 2013, and worked at Bergama Public Education Centre for eight years, starting in 2016. Özdemir organised many exhibitions and events, participated in festivals and competitions during her work at Bergama Public Education Centre, and she continues to produce artworks in Sır Art Workshop, which she opened in 2022.
