In 1996, Bozkaya graduated from Kütahya Dumlupınar University Tile Art and Design Department, continued her art studies privately, and trained in the side art branches that support the art of tile. Bozkaya took calligraphy courses from Celal Bayar University lecturer Osman Kılıç, illumination courses from traditional handicrafts teacher Havva Sönmener, illumination and miniature courses from traditional handicrafts teacher Ayşe Çelik, marbling courses from painting teacher Kerime Er Mete, and ceramics courses from ceramic teacher Şefik Özenç. She took part in the European Union Project of the National Agency in 2007-2008 as part of Aydınlar Ocağı. Bozkaya, who received the traditional handicraft artist promotion card from Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2022, participated in many competitions and exhibitions. The artist has been giving tile courses at Manisa E Tipi Kapalı Ceza İnfaz Kurumu (Manisa Penal Institution) since 2012, Manisa Şehzadeler İl Gençlik Merkezi (Manisa Şehzadeler Youth Centre) since 2013, Manisa Şehzadeler Public Education Centre since 2016, at her own workshop in Kurşunlu Han since 2019, and at Manisa Büyükşehir Belediyesi Atatürk Gençlik Merkezi (Manisa Metropolitan Municipality Atatürk Youth Centre) since 2022.
