İbrahim Poyraz was born in Bursa in 1977. He is studying at Anadolu University Public Administration Department. Poyraz worked at İznik Museum, which is connected to the Ministry of Culture and Tourism, for four years and at Bursa Provincial Culture and Tourism Directorate for ten years. He still works at Bursa Symphonic Orchestra. Some of the students Poyraz trained are Erdal Çakır and Ender Poyraz.
