Nilgün Tanyaş, born in 1978, is a graduate of Uludağ University İznik Vocational School Tile Processing Department, and continues her education at Fatih Sultan Mehmet Foundation University Traditional Arts Department. She worked with artists like Timur Bilir, Turgut Tuna and Serap Şakar Ereğli. Tanyaş, who participated in many exhibitions both at home and abroad, has been giving classes at tile processing courses within Pendik Municipality since 2012.
