Keskin was born in Denizli in 1983. After completing her primary and secondary education, Keskin started receiving needle lace training from Kevser Akdeniz at the Denizli Public Education Center in 2000, and became a master instructor at the Denizli Public Education Center in 2010. Keskin continues to make needle lace.
