Born in Izmir in 1986, Sarıbaş completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Izmir and then studied interior design and decoration at Akademi Ege. Sarıbaş, who received four months of training from Ali Saraç, whom she met at the beginning of her professional life, continued her artistic works and carried out courses in the workshop she opened at the K2 Contemporary Art Centre in Izmir in 2008, and as a result of her application to the Painting and Sculpture Museum in 2010, she was entitled to receive an artist certificate stating that her works have artistic value. Sarıbaş was awarded the first prize in the marbling category in the national Gül Diyarında Ebru Yarışması (Marbling in the Land of Roses Competition) held at Süleyman Demirel University in 2011. At the same year, she started to take lessons from and followed in the footsteps of her master Sedat Altınöz, and discovered the subtleties of traditional marbling and received her mastership in 2021. Sarıbaş, who has been giving marbling trainings for thirteen years and has participated in many exhibitions with her artworks, continues to work on traditional marbling art in Levn Art Workshop, which she opened with Ayşe Burcu Gezer in the Historical Kızlarağası Han in 2013.
