Ayşe Civelek was born in Istanbul in 1986. She is a graduate of Anadolu University Open Education Faculty Theology Associate Degree Program. She started attending Ersan Perçem’s illumination classes at the Applied Turkish-Islamic Arts Library in 2004, and received her license in 2011. Civelek, who participated in many group exhibitions, still continues her studies at the Aplied Turkish-Islamic Arts Library.
