Fatma Özçay İbrahimoğlu was born in Bolu in 1970. She received training from Prof. Çiçek Derman, and has been working on the art of illumination since 1988. İbrahimoğlu gives illumination classes at the Classical Turkish Arts Foundation. She participated in various exhibitions both at home and abroad. She mainly focuses on the 16^th century Ottoman classical period.
