Füsun Oker Karagöz was born in 1974 in İstanbul. She graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Traditional Turkish Art Department Tiles Main Branch, Tezhip (İllumination) Auxillary Branch. During her education, she took classes from Prof. M. Uğur Derman, Prof. Dr. F. Çiçek Derman and Dr. Lecturer Gülnur Duran. Her master thesis called “Levhalar ve Resimler” which she completed in Turkish Patrol Foundation. She still teaches at Okan University Vocational School Architecture and City Planning  Department Architecture Restoration Program. Karagöz participated various domestic and foreign expeditions, her works also could be found in different private collections.
