Gülnur Selçuk Temel was born in Isparta in 1966. She is a graduate of Gazi University Technical Education Faculty, Department of Construction Education. She is working in Architecture Technical Drawing Department of Yalova Technical and Industrial Vocational High School Construction Technology Department. She continues her miniature classes in Yalova Workshop, where she took her illumination license from Fatma Zehra Aktaş in 2005. She participated in various group exhibitions both at home and abroad. She has been giving illumination classes in North Caucassus Association since 2012. She started as an instructor in the traditional handicraft courses within the Ministry of Culture and Tourism General Directorate of Research and Education in Yalova in 2017. Temel, who received her Artist Presentation Card of the Ministry of Culture and Tourism in 2013, trained many students.
