Leman Dinçtürk was born in Ankara in 1945. She is a graduate of the Plastic Arts School Painting Department. She continued her training, which she started with Cahide Keskiner, Mamure Öz and Semih İrteş in Topkapı Palace Turkish Ornament Arts Illumination and Miniature course, with Nilgün Gencer. Dinçtürk held many personal exhibitions, and participated in group exhibitions. Her work themed “Women Doing Illumination” has been included in the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Collection. She gives illumination and miniature classes at various institutions and trains many students.
