Berrin Satılmış was born in 1956. She is a graduate of Halide Edip Adıvar High School. Satılmış started taking miniature classes from Taner Alakuş at İSMEK in 2005, and specialized in miniature at İSMEK in 2006-2007. She participated in various group exhibitions. Satılmış won second prize in the Istanbul Miniature Contests organized in 2009 and 2010, and third prize in miniature branch in 2017 International Seven Hills Seven Arts Competition.
