Halil Aktaş was born in Alaşehir in 1979. In 2002, he graduated from the Tourism Guidance Department of the 100th Year University. In 2006, he graduated from Painting Business Education Department of Uludağ University. He has been working as a Visual Arts teacher at the Ministry of Education since 2006.
