Yakup Öner who was born in 1984 is studying Visual and Audio Techniques-Radio and Television Programming at Anadolu University. After completing his basic education of calligraphy with Bünyamin Kınacı, which he met during his career in graffiti art, he joined Erhan Olçay project class at Küçükçekmece Traditional Arts Academy.
-In 2018, he received Certificate of Calligraphy CLAS (Calligraphy and Lettering Arts Society).
-In 2018, he attended world famous calligrapher Denis Brown masterclass, foundational workshop
-In 2018, his works were exhibited in the exhibitions of master-apprentice and GSA 5 years old,
-In 2018, live writing performance at PENFES Çırağan Palace Kempinski, the world’s first prestigious pen exhibition.
-In 2018, he opened his first academic private calligraphy training workshop and started giving calligraphy education.
-In 2019, he attended world famous calligrapher Yves Leterm TRAJAN workshop.

Öner, who also studied in Graphic Design and Web Design branches, still actively continues his art life.
