Burak Kara was born in İstanbul in 1992. She graduated from İstanbul University Turkish Language and Literature Department. He started to learn classical art of binding. He took paper restoration and conservation lessons from Saadet Gazi between 2015 and 2017. He has been working with Gürcan Mavili since 2016 on binding restoration and conservation. He started working for Turkish Khatt Art Museum in 2016 March. He is leader of binding crew at same foundation and continues binding restoration works. He has been working as a master instructor of art of binding in Sakarya Traditional Arts Specialization Center since 2017. His works has been exhibited in various festivals and also he took third place in “7 Tepe 7 Sanat” Binding Competition and took honorable mention.
