Havva Genç was born in 1975 in Kütahya. She is a graduate of Anadolu University Sociology Department. She started her marbling training with Şükran Yılgın in 2012, and continued with Mahmut Peşteli. The artist, who adopts classical and modern understanding together, has been participating in many exhibitions with her works. Genç continues giving marbling classes in SAMEK courses in Sakarya Metropolitan Municipality.
