Hicabi Gülen was born in Amasya in 1970. He is a graduate of Marmara University Faculty of Theology. He studied ruq’ah with Muhittin Serin, and started studying marbling in 1995. Gülgen participated in various exhibitions both at home and abroad. He continues his studies at Uludağ University Theology Faculty Marbling Workshop.
