Nurbanu Çolak was born in 1989 in Sakarya. She graduated from Sakarya University, Traditional Turkish Handicrafts Department. She was aware of marbling art thanks to Ahmet Sacit Açıkgözoğlu. She started her marbling art education with Şükran Aydın in 2014. Participating in various integrated exhibitions, the artist teaches marbling courses at the Sakarya Higher Education Credit and Dormitories Institution. She also raises students in her own workshop and continues her studies by continuing her marbling education with Mahmut Peşteli.
