Abdullah Savcı was born in 1966 in Ankara. He took sülüs lessons from Tevfik Kalp in between 2007-2012, also took ebru lessons from Selami Alan. He participated in the ebru classes that Alpaslan Babaoğlu gave in Classical Turkish Arts in 2012-2013. He participated in various expeditions that conducted by İSMEK and MEB. He still continues his ebru studies with Alpaslan Babaoğlu in Classical Turkish Arts Foundation.
