Miki Oshita was born in 1968 in Japan. She wanted to learn marbling because of its resemblence with the traditional Japanese art Suminagashi, and came to Turkey. She started receiving her training in Istanbul Marbling House Ebristan, and received her license from Hikmet Barutçugil. She participated in 6^th International Marbling Congress in 2016, and continues doing marbling works with children with disabilities as a theraphy for them.
