Esra Aygüler was born in Amasya in 1983. She is a graduate of Anadolu University Department of Turkish Language and Literature. She started her khatt training in 2004, took classes from Erol Dönmez and Hüseyin Kutlu. Aygüler, who has khatt license, continues her specialization training. She writes her works in thuluth, jali thuluth, naskh and muhaqqaq styles according to the classical understanding. Her works were exhibited at the Forty Hadiths Exhibition organized by the Directorate of Religious Affairs in 2017 within the context of Holy Birth Week.
