Sena Topalcı was born in Yalova in 1987. She graduated from Dumlupınar University Traditional Handicrafts Department in 2011. She received miniature training from Taner Alakuş and Raif Aydın at the Traditional Arts Center of TBMM National Palaces Department Education Center and graduated. Topalcı took miniature classes at the project class of İSMEK Bağlarbaşı Specialization Center, participated in many exhibitions with her works both at home and abroad.
