Hülya Küçüktaş was born in Istanbul in 1956. She attended the courses at Topkapı Palace Workshop between 2000-2002. Küçüktaş took classes from Semih İrteş, Mamure Öz, Birsen Gökçe and Melek Anten; and received her license from Semih İrteş and Mamure Öz. She continues her artistic studies with Mamure Öz at Nakkaş Decorative Arts Center.
