Feyza Oyat was born in Sivas in 1949. He graduated from Gazi Education Institute Painting-Business Department. Since 1996, he has been working on Traditional Turkish Decorative Arts. He works at Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Traditional Turkish Arts Department as an instructor and his works were exhibited in over thirty group exhibitions.
