Zehra Mine Yazıcıgil Çetin was born in Switzerland in 1973. She is a graduate of Istanbul University German Translation and Interpreting Department. Çetin took classes at The Glass Furnace Workshops from Julie Anne Denton, Andrea Guarino Slemmons, Tom Holland, Dora Schubert and Ahmet Özdeniz. She has the Ministry of Culture and Tourism Artist Presentation Card in traditional handicrafts field. Çetin participated in many events and exhbitions such as Sevgilim (means ‘my beloved’) Istanbul Exhibition organized at Caddebostan Cultural Center in 2010, Kadir Has University International Bead Festival organized in 2017. She continues her works at the workshop at her house. Some of the students Çetin trained are Bahar Unkazan and Nalan Kelketeci.
