Nevibe Baykur was born in Balıkesir in 1973. She is a graduate of Girls’ Technical and Vocation High School. Baykurt has been working as an instructor in various courses organized by Balıkesir Provincial Directorate of Culture and Tourism, and continuing her artistic works.
