Hülya Çepni was born in Istanbul in 1984. She graduated from Trakya University Martyr Painter Hasan Rıza Fine Arts Vocational School, Department of Architectural Decorative Arts in 2011. She did her internship in Parliament National Palaces Yıldız Tile and Porcelain Factory Handicraft Department. She took classes from Hülya Dillek and Meyçem Ezengin. She gave classes at a Plublic Education Center as Artistic Mosaic Master Instructor, and has been working as a master instructor in Artistic Mosaic branch at İSMEK since September 2014. She also works in a mosaic workshop. Çepni has been participating in various exhibitions and projects.
