Born in the Nazilli district of Aydın in 1966, Serinkan completed her primary, secondary and high school education in Nazilli. Since 2016, Serinkan has been working as a master instructor in the field of embroidery at Nazilli Public Education Center, and in 2017, she was awarded the title of Cultural Heritage Bearer by the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Culture and Tourism. Serinkan is married and has two children.
